Rules of our service

Read these terms before hiring our services. They cover your rights, our responsibilities, and the legal protections that federal law grants you.

01

Who we are

Electi Financial Solutions is a Credit Repair Organization (CRO) registered in Texas that offers credit report audit services, drafting and sending of dispute letters, and credit-building advice. We operate under the federal Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA).

02

What our service includes

Free initial analysis of your three reports (Equifax, Experian, TransUnion). If you decide to hire us: monthly drafting and sending of formal dispute letters, follow-up on the status of each dispute, access to a client portal to see progress, and detailed monthly report of changes.

03

What we DO NOT do

We do not guarantee specific results or any particular score improvement. We do not use false information or tactics that may harm you. We do not ask for upfront payment before providing services — billing is monthly and cancellable.

04

Your rights under CROA (Federal)

You have the right to cancel this contract without penalty or cost within 3 business days following its signing. You have the right to a detailed written statement of your services before starting. You have the right not to pay until the service has been provided.

05

Your rights under FCRA (Federal)

You can dispute incorrect information on your reports on your own and at no cost, by directly contacting Equifax, Experian, and TransUnion. The agencies have 30 days to investigate your dispute. You have the right to a free copy of your reports once a year at annualcreditreport.com.

06

Payments and cancellation

The service is billed monthly in advance starting the second month (the first month includes analysis and setup at no cost if you hire us). You can cancel at any time without penalty by sending an email to our contact address. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

07

Limitation of liability

We are not lawyers nor providers of legal or financial advice. Our service is based on rights that federal law already grants you. We cannot guarantee that a creditor or credit agency will accept a specific dispute. The final decision on any change to your report is made by the credit agencies.

08

Dispute resolution

Any dispute about our services will first be attempted to resolve through direct communication. If not possible, it will be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association in Harris County, Texas, unless the law requires otherwise.

09

Changes to these terms

If we modify these terms we will publish the new version on this page. Your continued use of our services after the change implies acceptance of the new terms.
